Requirements / Responsibilities
- Handle food products safely and hygienically according to established protocols.

- Monitor and record temperatures of refrigerated and frozen food items.
- Dispose of waste materials properly and promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen or production team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Report any food safety issues or hazards to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food handling or a related role preferred but not required.
- Understanding of proper food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Valid food handler certificate or willingness to obtain certification.
Job Details / Duties
- Inspect incoming food deliveries for quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare food items by washing, cutting, portioning, and packaging as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized regularly.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies.
