The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout the packaging process.

Requirements / Responsibilities

Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect food products for quality, ensuring compliance with company standards
Accurately package and label products according to guidelines and customer specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols rigorously
Assist with inventory counts and restocking of packaging materials as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

Previous experience in food packaging or a similar manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Details / Duties

Preparing and assembling food products into packaging in accordance with operational procedures
Operating and monitoring packaging machines to ensure smooth workflow
Verifying that packaged products are labeled with the correct information
Performing quality control checks and reporting any issues to supervisors
Safely handling products to maintain integrity and prevent contamination
Assisting with cleaning and maintenance of packaging equipment and workstations
