Overview

Staff Management | SMX is hiring Food Production Warehouse Associates in Geneva, IL. This is a great opportunity to join a modern, high-tech food production facility with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and strong growth potential.

No prior manufacturing experience is required — just reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to follow food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Support food production operations across various departments
Mix, weigh, and scale ingredients and materials
Package finished food products
Supply production lines with necessary materials
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Must take a background check
Must follow strict GMP guidelines (no jewelry, artificial nails, eyelashes, or nail polish allowed)

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ($17/hour)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ($18/hour)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($18.50/hour)

Immediate start dates available for all shifts.
