As a Forklift Operator, you will safely transport materials, support warehouse and production operations, and help maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer or scanner experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Comfortable working in dusty, hot, cold, or noisy environments
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished products
- Move pallets and materials throughout warehouse and production areas
- Stage materials for production and shipping departments
- Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material counts
- Inspect forklifts daily and complete pre-shift safety checks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding material flow and production needs
- Work safely around moving equipment and machinery
- Use required PPE according to company safety standards
