As a Warehouse Associate, you will support warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and workplace safety. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures and noise levels
- Ability to climb ladders while handling materials
- Forklift certification and safety knowledge preferred
- Must wear metatarsal safety shoes while performing job duties
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Label and prepare orders for shipment
- Complete shipping documentation accurately
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Build kits according to customer specifications
- Operate saw equipment as needed (training provided)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and report concerns immediately
- Support multiple warehouse functions as needed to meet customer demands
