Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cultivation Technician to assist with transplanting plants in a controlled cultivation environment. This role will focus on transplanting into rockwool cubes/blocks and properly setting up irrigation for each plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Transplant plants into rockwool media with care and precision.
Install and place new drippers to ensure proper irrigation for each plant.
Monitor plants during and after transplanting to ensure stability and health.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cultivation area.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols.
Qualifications:
Prior cultivation or nursery experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
