Requirements / Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including lifting, loading, and unloading materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with job site preparations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed
- Follow instructions carefully and work efficiently as part of a team
- Report any hazards, damages, or issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in general labor or construction is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Details / Duties
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
- Assisting with site setup, including moving supplies and tools
- Cleaning work areas, disposing of debris, and maintaining site organization
- Supporting experienced workers by performing tasks as assigned
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are cared for and stored properly
