About the Role

Are you a skilled craftsman looking for the independence of choosing your own projects without the hassle of chasing down leads, managing bookings, or worrying about unpaid invoices? We are looking for a multi-skilled professional to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will work out of your home, traveling to jobs in the Brentwood area to help local homeowners with a variety of home improvement, maintenance, and repair tasks.

This is a W2 position that gives you the best of both worlds: the freedom of field-based work and the security of steady, year-round employment. We handle the marketing, scheduling, and billing so you can focus entirely on what you do best—delivering high-quality craftsmanship and great customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will review your scheduled jobs, load your tools into your truck or van, and head out to residential properties in and around Brentwood. You will walk through projects with clients, estimate time and materials when needed, and complete various tasks spanning multiple trades—such as carpentry, drywall repair, tiling, painting, and minor plumbing or electrical adjustments.

Over time, success in this role means building a reputation for reliability, precision, and friendly service. You will become a trusted partner for our clients, helping us maintain our strong brand presence while enjoying a consistent, stress-free work routine that respects your personal time.

What You Bring to the Role

Must-Have Requirements:

• A strong, practical background in multi-trade work, including carpentry, drywall, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical repairs.

• Your own reliable truck or van suitable for transporting tools and materials to job sites.

• Your own comprehensive set of standard hand and power tools.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Residence within 15 miles of Brentwood, USA.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and office staff.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior experience estimating job costs or performing home inspections.

• A current B2 Contractor License.
