Our client is seeking to add a Hash Technician to help with a keen eye for detail and passion for this ever-growing industry. You must also be able to adapt and problem-solve to help fit Manufacturing needs.
This individual is expected to accurately and effectively execute water hash production methods according to SOPs without deviation, ensure that pre-production and post-production tasks are accomplished, keep highly accurate and detailed production records, and assist in any additional tasks assigned by management. Must be able to spend a prolonged period in cold temperatures (around 40 degrees), most of the time alone, and expect a physically demanding work day.
The shift schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
Responsibilities Include
- Ability to work in walk-in Fridge for an 8hr shift
- Maintain an up-tempo physical workload
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Attention to detail
- Maintain and clean equipment
- Complete daily side work requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
- Experience and background in the cannabis industry are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media.
- Strong number skills and basic math. Experience with inventory is desired.
- Detail-orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.
- For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday.
