About the Role

ColorCraft Renovations is seeking a skilled, detail?oriented Painter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in transforming spaces, enjoys hands?on work, and has a sharp eye for clean lines and quality finishes. You’ll be responsible for interior and exterior painting projects ranging from modern office spaces to cozy residential homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing, patching, sanding, and priming as needed
• Apply paint, varnish, stain, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures with drop cloths and masking materials
• Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades and finishes
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to project standards
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in clean, working condition
• Collaborate with team members and communicate project progress to supervisors
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure job sites are clean and organized

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional painting experience (or an impressive portfolio of personal projects)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to stand, kneel, lift 50 lbs, and work from ladders or scaffolding
• Familiarity with a variety of paints, stains, and application techniques
• Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
• Valid driver’s license preferred
