Jitsu Lead

📝 Job Description

As a Warehouse Operations Lead at Jitsu LAX, you’ll oversee a small team handling fast-paced inbound and outbound logistics tasks. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role: supporting truck unloading, sorting packages, breaking down pallets, managing pallet movement, and keeping the yard clean and organized.

This role requires strong experience in warehouse settings, especially with pallet jacks and TC26 scanners, and the ability to lead by example. You’ll be expected to adapt quickly, train new workers, and enforce safety and productivity standards on-site. You’ll also coordinate directly with client supervisors and maintain a steady flow of operations across both hub and outbound functions.
