Keynote Speaker

Overview

Prestige Worldwide is looking for a compelling Keynote Speaker to represent our organization at events and conferences. This role is designed for an individual who excels at public speaking, enjoys travel, and is motivated by a performance-based model. You will be the primary voice of our brand, tasked with sharing our mission and connecting with new audiences to grow our community.

What Success Looks Like

Your day-to-day will revolve around preparing for and delivering presentations in various venues. You will focus on refining your delivery, building rapport with event attendees, and effectively communicating our model to potential members.

Over time, success in this role is measured by:

• Your ability to deliver clear, professional presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
• The number of new members successfully enrolled into our program following your sessions.
• Maintaining a consistent travel schedule to meet our event calendar requirements.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently for events.
• Self-motivated attitude toward meeting performance goals.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in sales, coaching, or professional speaking.
• Experience managing a personal travel schedule.
• Confidence in public settings and the ability to handle audience questions professionally.

Compensation

The base pay for this position is $12.00 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, this role offers commission-based earnings for every individual enrolled into our program as a result of your presentations.
