Start your new career as a Logistics Associate with MAU at Bosch Rexroth in Fountain Inn, SC. As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for picking components, assembling production kits, and supporting inventory accuracy to ensure efficient material flow throughout the facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

  • $1.50 shift differential
  • Second shift schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:05 PM

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent attendance record required
  • Minimum of 12 months without a written warning or higher disciplinary action
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn and identify parts for inventory transactions
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently, and bend or stoop occasionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Willingness to cross-train in other logistics functions as needed
What You’ll Do as a Logistics Associate:
  • Read and interpret work orders to identify required components and quantities
  • Pick parts from inventory locations and assemble kits accurately
  • Ensure components are placed on the correct carts for designated production lines
  • Verify kit accuracy to ensure quality control standards are met
  • Package, label, and stage kits for delivery to production areas
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP
  • Follow safety procedures, established processes, and 5S standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with logistics team members to support efficient material flow
  • Assist with additional logistics functions as needed
