Requirements / Responsibilities

- Collaborate with transportation providers to schedule and track shipments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve any logistical challenges or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards is a plus.
