As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts, operating heat-treat equipment, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
- Pay of $20.00 per hour
- Additional $1.00 shift differential
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 2nd - 2:00PM to 10:00PM
- 3rd - 10:00PM to 6:00AM
- Weekends (Friday-Sunday) - 6:00AM to 6:00PM

- Load and unload parts from baskets using manual and forklift methods
- Read lineups to determine correct load arrangements
- Monitor and adjust machinery settings for optimal performance
- Create shipping documentation and certifications for completed orders
- Perform equipment setup, breakdown, and routine maintenance
- Use related tools such as cranes, forklifts, and power tools as needed
- Maintain logs and monitor equipment output to ensure accuracy and quality
