We are seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance/Clean Up Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at coordinating team efforts, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, and promoting a safe working environment. Requirements / Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team responsible for facility maintenance and clean-up activities.
• Develop and implement schedules and work plans to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
• Coordinate daily tasks and assign duties to team members effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Communicate with management regarding team progress, challenges, and supply needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, cleaning, or facilities management roles.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

Job Details / Duties

• Oversee daily maintenance and cleaning operations to ensure a safe and tidy environment.
• Inspect work sites regularly to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance and clean-up activities.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools; order as necessary.
• Document and report maintenance issues and work completed.
• Assist team members in performing manual tasks when required.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
