Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (employer-provided range)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (plus on-call rotation as needed)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you’ll maintain and repair property systems, respond promptly to resident requests, and help ensure our communities are safe, functional, and attractive.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond timely to resident maintenance requests and complete work orders.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks (painting, caulking, fixture replacement).

• Conduct minor HVAC adjustments, and basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.

• Inspect buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs.

• Maintain clean, safe community spaces and assist with seasonal tasks as needed.

• Work collaboratively with property management to uphold high property standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous maintenance experience in property management, residential, or facilities settings.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
