We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to support facilities with consistent, long-term maintenance needs.
This role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of property equipment and grounds.
Responsibilities
Perform installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on building equipment.
Prepare and maintain vacant units and common areas.
Collaborate with vendors and fellow technicians to complete maintenance projects.
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
Follow all safety and cleanliness requirements.
Requirements
5+ years of maintenance experience.
Must bring your own tools (hammer, screwdrivers, cordless drill, etc.).
Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb, bend, and work on your feet for long periods.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must not use tobacco or vaping products before or during work hours.
Professional, respectful demeanor.
Attire: Collared shirt (no logos), long pants, and closed-toe shoes.
Schedule: Consistent weekday hours (up to 40 hrs/week).
Pay Range: $24–$28/hr depending on market.
