Requirements / Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
Assemble products or components with precision and efficiency
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety guidelines
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Adhere to all company policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Basic math and measurement skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts as required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must possess or be able to obtain an Arizona Facility Agent Card
Job Details / Duties
Set up and operate machinery following safety protocols
Monitor product quality and adjust processes as needed
Pack and label finished products accurately
Document production activities and maintain logs
Assist with inventory management and material handling
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Shifts
This position offers the following shift options, Monday through Friday:
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Candidates should be flexible and prepared to work during these standard daytime shifts
