In this role, you will physically assemble and quality-check the vehicles that are changing how the world moves. What Success Looks Like

On a daily basis, success means arriving on time, collaborating closely with your station partners, and safely assembling vehicle components according to precise guidelines. Over time, success means mastering multiple stations on the production line, identifying ways to make our processes safer or more efficient, and helping to support new team members as our production scales up.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assembling automotive components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized fixtures.
• Conducting visual quality inspections to ensure every part meets our safety and design standards.
• Following safety protocols to keep yourself and your teammates safe.
• Working collaboratively with team leads and engineers to solve production line challenges.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliability and a strong track record of attendance.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or mechanical environment.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.

Compensation

This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour.
