Role Overview

Ace Handyman Services in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Master Craftsman to join our growing team. What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will arrive at scheduled residential appointments in the Phoenix area, evaluate the project scope, and complete a variety of home repairs and improvements. You will work directly with homeowners to explain the process, build trust, and deliver exceptional results. Projects range from quick carpentry repairs to medium-sized home updates.

Over time, success in this role means becoming a reliable anchor for our local team. You will consistently complete projects safely and efficiently, maintain high customer satisfaction scores, and help mentor newer craftsmen. You will also have the opportunity to lead small crews on larger multi-day projects and assist with project estimation as our business continues to expand across the Valley.

Schedule and Benefits

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends, no on-call hours).

What You Need to Bring (Required)

• At least 5 years of professional experience in home maintenance, remodeling, or skilled trades.

• Hands-on proficiency in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.

• Your own standard set of hand and power tools appropriate for diverse home repair projects.

• A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle to travel to job sites across Phoenix.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor when working inside clients' homes.

Great-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

• Ownership of a reliable work truck or van.

• Prior experience leading small crews or managing residential remodeling projects.

• Experience estimating material costs and project timelines.
