Overnight Warehouse Material Handler

Compensation and Benefits

Shift and Schedule

This is a full-time, overnight (3rd shift) position. We utilize a rotating schedule that provides predictable hours and regular, multi-day breaks:

• Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotation: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, and repeat

What You Will Do

You will play a vital role in our production line, ensuring high-quality, eco-friendly products are made, packaged, and prepared for shipping. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the production line to ensure products meet high-quality standards.
• Sorting, picking, and packing finished items into containers.
• Using basic hand tools and moving inventory safely with a hand pallet jack.
• Cross-training on various factory equipment to build your skillset across different areas of production.
• Collaborating with your team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Position Requirements

Must-Haves

• Ability to work the 12-hour overnight shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on the rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
• Comfort using simple hand tools, including a hand pallet jack.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to contribute positively to a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a standard background check and drug screen.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in a warehouse, retail stocking, manufacturing, or production environment (though not required—we will fully train you!).
• An interest in learning machine operation, quality inspection, or material handling as your career progresses.
