Our client, a licensed cannabis manufacturer in Berkeley, Missouri, is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Gummy Packagers to join their production team. This role is responsible for packaging cannabis-infused gummy products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring quality, compliance, and production standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Package cannabis-infused gummy products according to company standards and state regulations
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Label, seal, and prepare finished products for distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Follow all safety procedures, GMPs, and compliance requirements
- Accurately complete production and packaging documentation
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Support other production and packaging tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid Missouri Agent ID Badge (Missouri cannabis badge) and be eligible to work in the cannabis industry
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Prior cannabis industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive hand movements
- Ability to work in a production facility environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds
Qualified candidates must be 21+, possess an active Missouri Agent ID Badge, and be able to pass a background check.
