Start your new career as a Pick & Pack Associate with MAU at a leading manufacturing client in Seneca, SC. As a Pick & Pack Associate, you will work in the packaging and warehouse departments to pick, audit, pack, and label cutting tools and related materials for shipment.

What We Offer:

Pay of $15.50–$17.55 per hour
Multiple Shifts - 7:00 am -3:30pm | 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm and 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
Temp-to-hire opportunity
Eligible for permanent hire after 520 hours
Weekly reviews and hands-on supervision

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand or walk for long periods
Experience using pallet jacks and hand trucks
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Good written and verbal communication
Excellent customer service and the ability to work independently

What You’ll Do as a Pick & Pack Associate:

Work across various locations in the packaging and warehouse areas
Perform tasks such as bulk packing, cycle counting, set building, labeling, and order picking
Accurately prepare and complete paperwork for shipments
Follow production goals and meet daily performance metrics
Ensure products are correctly labeled and ready for distribution
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members and report to the Packaging or Warehouse Supervisor
