Start your new career as a Production Team Lead with MAU at our client in Pendleton, SC. As a Production Team Lead, you will support daily production operations by working alongside team members to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
- Pay of $25 per hour
- Second Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Training on First Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example in a hands-on production environment
- Ability to adapt to changing production priorities
- Willingness to assist with physical and operational tasks as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Lead and support daily production activities safely and efficiently
- Work alongside production employees to assist during staffing shortages or increased production demand
- Support bagging, sealing, palletizing, and material handling operations
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products
- Train and coach employees on safety procedures and operational expectations
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and effective communication
- Address employee concerns professionally and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift
- Support indoor and outdoor production operations as needed
- Perform additional production and operational duties as assigned
