Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (Days & Nights)
Pay Rate: $21.50 – $23.50/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Overview

Staff Management | SMX is hiring Production Operators in Sparks, NV. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to become a permanent member of a growing manufacturing team.

Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing or warehouse experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and manufacturing tasks in a warehouse setting

• Operate equipment and follow safety procedures

• Support production processes to meet output goals

• Read and follow basic instructions and documentation

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Automotive industry experience is a plus

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills

• Fluent in English

• Must wear steel or composite toe boots

• Must take a background check and drug test

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Schedule Type: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (includes weekends)
