Requirements / Responsibilities

- Document inspection results and report any discrepancies or quality issues.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve packaging defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
- Assist in training new team members on quality and packaging procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in quality control or packaging is a plus.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and packaging equipment.
