Job Title: Post-Harvest Sanitation Technician
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with deep cleaning cultivation rooms following harvest. This is a critical role to ensure that all grow spaces are properly sanitized and prepared for the next cycle. At this stage, there are no plants or pots in the rooms, making the focus entirely on thorough cleaning and compliance with sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform deep cleaning of cultivation rooms after harvest.
Sanitize floors, walls, equipment, and surfaces according to company SOPs.
Remove any remaining debris and ensure rooms are free of contaminants.
Operate cleaning tools and materials safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and sanitation procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous cleaning, custodial, or cultivation facility experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
Comfortable working in environments that require the use of cleaning products and PPE.
