We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Services Operations Specialist to support cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Service Delivery, Sales Operations, Legal, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and distribute client-facing scope documentation (Statements of Work, Project Change Requests, etc.)
Manage internal and client deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Maintain accurate records within Salesforce, including pricing and hour adjustments
Identify risks associated with opportunities and determine required approvals or mitigation steps
Communicate key updates to internal stakeholders throughout the sales campaign lifecycle
Organize and maintain project scope documentation and related assets in Teams/SharePoint
Identify and escalate issues within the OA process and collaborate with teams to resolve them
Support escalations and ensure process alignment across departments
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in a corporate or professional setting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams)
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Strong written English skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong internal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with urgency
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
