Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $23.00 – $29.00 per hour.
- Overtime: Time and a half (1.5x) after 40 hours.
- Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-sponsored certification training.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- 2+ years of experience in construction or energy project coordination.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus for this location.
