We are a leading staffing company seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to oversee propagation activities within our greenhouse operations. This role focuses on managing and supporting teams in Green House 1 and Green House 3, ensuring efficient plant propagation processes and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for horticulture and team development.

Requirements / Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise propagation teams in multiple greenhouse environments.
• Coordinate daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Monitor plant health and propagation progress, implementing best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of propagation activities and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource use.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize disruptions in propagation cycles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in greenhouse propagation or a related horticulture field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plant propagation techniques and greenhouse operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Job Details / Duties

• Inspect propagation materials and plants regularly for quality control.
