What We Offer:
- $21.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential
- Third Shift Schedule:
- Sunday through Wednesday: 8:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. (7-hour shift, 30-minute lunch)
- Thursday: 8:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. (6-hour shift, 30-minute lunch)
- Friday: 9:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. (6-hour shift, 30-minute lunch)
- Temp-to-hire opportunity after 520 hours

- 2+ years of leadership experience in a automotive manufacturing setting
- Assembly experience preferred
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet production and quality expectations

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Lead and support daily assembly operations and team activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies

- Monitor production goals and ensure quality standards are met
- Train new employees and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform assembly tasks and cross-functional duties as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and report data to management
- Identify and report safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues

- Ensure proper handling of tools, materials, and non-conforming parts
