Requirements / Responsibilities
Trim cannabis buds by hand to meet quality standards and specifications
Remove stems, leaves, and unwanted plant material carefully and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with safety and hygiene standards
Inspect cannabis products for quality control, identifying defective or low-quality material
Follow all regulatory guidelines related to cannabis handling and processing
Must be 21 years of age
Qualifications
Previous experience in cannabis trimming or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks with attention to detail and precision
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Willingness to work in a controlled environment and adhere to company policies and cannabis industry regulations
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
Job Details / Duties
Manually trim cannabis flower to desired size and shape
Sort trimmed flower by quality grades as per company standards
Handle cannabis plants carefully to preserve product integrity
Maintain records of quantities trimmed and assist in inventory management
Clean and sanitize tools and workspaces regularly to comply with safety standards
Attend training sessions to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes
