Job Title: Dishwasher – Gummy Production

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to support their gummy production team. This role is responsible for cleaning production equipment, surfaces, and maintaining overall facility cleanliness. Daily tasks include washing molds, beakers, utensils, and machinery, as well as removing waste and keeping floors sanitized.

This position involves repetitive tasks, extended periods of standing, and frequent lifting of 50+ lbs. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company. Dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper sanitizer levels (ppm checks)

  • Set up and break down floor mats and dryers

  • Mop or squeegee floors regularly to maintain cleanliness

  • Wash, dry, and restock production equipment

  • Keep dish station clean, organized, and fully operational

  • Communicate with department leads to prioritize dishwashing needs

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable, trustworthy, and accountable

  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask

  • Keen attention to detail and cleanliness

  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs regularly

  • Excellent manual dexterity

Education & Experience

  • Must be 21+ with valid California ID

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Food Handler’s Certification preferred

  • Experience in cannabis production, food service, or manufacturing environments is a plus

  • Prior experience in assembly lines or professional kitchens preferred

Technical Skills

  • Basic messaging app usage (e.g., Telegram)

  • Basic computer literacy (email, word processing, etc.)

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for extended periods (8 hours+)

  • Leaning, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs

  • Repetitive motion and physical stamina required
