We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations by ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will keep the warehouse running smoothly by executing the following tasks:

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Inbound and Outbound Logistics: Safely load and unload trucks and pallets, and receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts safely (for those trained and certified).
• Safety and Standards: Follow all company policies and safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.

Over time, success in this role means becoming a reliable teammate who anticipates operational needs, maintains a high rate of order accuracy, and actively contributes to a safe work environment.

What You Need to Succeed

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout your shift.
• Comfort standing, walking, bending, and reaching for the duration of your shift.
• Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a focus on safety.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test (required specifically for Powered Equipment Operator positions).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stockroom environment.
• Active certification or experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.

Shift Options

We offer stable, full-time schedules with options for both 1st and 2nd shifts. Specific shift times will be discussed during the interview process to find the best match for your schedule.
