Warehouse Material Handler (Day Shift)

Work Schedule

We operate on a rotating day shift that offers excellent work-life balance, allowing you to work full-time hours while enjoying longer periods of consecutive days off.

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Rotation: A repeating cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

What Success Looks Like

On a daily basis, you will help keep our production lines running smoothly and safely. Over time, you will become a versatile team member by cross-training across different departments.

• Monitor Quality: Inspect eco-friendly bottles and containers to ensure they meet our quality standards before packaging.
• Handle Materials: Package finished goods, sort items, and prepare products for shipment.
• Move Inventory: Safely use manual pallet jacks to transport materials across the warehouse floor.
• Collaborate: Work closely with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and productive workspace.

What You Need to Bring (Must-Haves)

• Ability to work the 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) on the rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule.
• Physical capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.
• Completion of a standard background check and drug screening.

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required)

• Previous experience using a manual pallet jack or basic hand tools.
• Any prior experience in a warehouse, retail stocking, or production environment.
