Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18–$22/hour (estimated based on market data)

Overview:

IFP Motion Solutions Inc., an expanding distributor and manufacturer of custom fluid power and electronic systems controls, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ship and receive incoming and outgoing materials

• Manage and perform inventory cycle counts

• Support order fulfillment, including receiving goods and processing freight claims

• Perform light mechanical assembly as needed

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently

• Build and prepare shipping pallets

• Use power tools and air nailers when required

• Serve as a liaison between warehouse, customer service, quality assurance, and other IFP locations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse operations experience

• Inventory cycle count experience

• Knowledge of the full order fulfillment process

• Experience receiving goods and handling freight claims

• Forklift certification and pallet jack experience

• Ability to build shipping pallets

• Experience using power tools and an air nailer

• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a professional, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in light mechanical assembly

• Background in industrial distribution or manufacturing environments
