Overview

Staff Management | SMX is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers for our premier client, Callaway Golf, a global leader in sporting goods. This is a great opportunity for long-term employment with training provided for all new associates. In this role, you will support warehouse operations including picking, packing, assembly, shipping, receiving, and general labor duties.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturdays and Sundays may be required during peak season if scheduled

  • Hours may change due to mandatory overtime

  • Shifts range between 8–12 hours (10–12 hours during peak season)

  • Warehouse is not climate-controlled

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will:

  • Pick orders using an RF scanner

  • Print, apply, and scan labels accurately

  • Perform general labor and support multiple warehouse departments

  • Assist with packing, assembly, shipping, receiving, and unloading tasks

  • Lift, sort, and stack boxes up to 60 lbs repetitively

  • Follow verbal and written directions in English for safety and training purposes

  • Work as part of a team to achieve Distribution Center goals

  • Cross-train in other warehouse departments as needed

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must take a background check

  • Must take a drug test

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs

  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift

  • Must be able to read and count accurately

  • Must be able to follow verbal and written directions in English

  • Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility

  • Must be willing to cross-train in other departments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience (preferred but not required)
