Overview

Supply Technologies, a subsidiary of ParkOhio (NASDAQ: PKOH), is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Carol Stream, IL operation. Supply Technologies specializes in supplier selection and management, inventory and fulfillment solutions, and end-to-end supply chain services for world-class manufacturing organizations across more than 100 industries.

This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader who can supervise daily operations, train and support staff, and ensure efficient inbound and outbound warehouse activity while maintaining a safe, organized facility.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and actively participate in daily warehouse operations

  • Train, assign, supervise, and evaluate permanent and temporary warehouse staff

  • Provide ongoing training for all warehouse employees

  • Communicate company policies, procedures, and facility work instructions

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight using corporate-approved carriers

  • Create daily warehouse work schedules to meet customer requirements

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment

  • Oversee warehouse housekeeping and safety procedures

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Operations

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Ability to operate a scale

  • Ability to lift more than 10 lbs

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge
