Joining Devocion’s Technical Service Department means you will deepen your knowledge of all types of coffee equipment and understand how specialty coffee interacts with them.
Why Work With Us?
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Provide equipment maintenance to Devocion’s Coffee Shops and wholesale customers.
- Provide emergency service for all Devocion’s Coffee Shops and wholesale customers.
- Work closely with the wholesale team to provide an excellent service to all our wholesale customers.
- Work with our Education and Wholesale departments to ensure and manage quality standards for all equipment.
- Quality control visits for wholesale customers.
- Give Exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Have experience as a coffee tech, mechanic, electrician, or handyman.
- Have a driving license and be willing to drive and travel.
- Understands basic electrical concepts.
- Be able to pick up over 50 pounds with ease.
- Have availability to work overtime, and on weekends.
- Barista experience is not required but preferred.
