Schedule: Monday - Friday, regular business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm)

About the Role

Ace Handyman Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Madison, WI office. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll be the voice of Ace Handyman Services - answering inquiries, scheduling projects, and ensuring every customer has a smooth, positive experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

• Schedule appointments and manage work orders using our service system

• Assist customers with service questions, estimates, and follow-up communication

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when needed

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure excellent service delivery

Must-Have Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience (1+ years preferred)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn scheduling software

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented demeanor

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a service-related industry

• Knowledge of home improvement, handyman services, or trades industry
