Key Responsibilities

• Complete home repairs and improvements, including general carpentry, door installations, drywall patching, tile work, and light plumbing or electrical repairs.
• Evaluate customer requests on-site, explain options clearly, and provide accurate estimates for time and materials when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site from start to finish.
• Communicate clearly with customers to ensure project details match their expectations.
• Use our mobile dispatch app to view your daily schedule, track job progress, upload photos, and update project notes.

What You Need to Succeed (Must-Haves)

• Proven experience in residential remodeling, general carpentry, or professional home maintenance.
• A reliable truck, van, or SUV capable of hauling tools and materials.
• Your own set of standard hand and power tools in good working condition.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the confidence to work independently in the field.
• Clear, polite communication and a professional, customer-focused attitude.

Nice-to-Haves

• Advanced skills in specialized trades such as tiling, painting, trim carpentry, or basic electrical and plumbing work.
• Previous experience using digital dispatching, scheduling, or work-order mobile applications.
