We are seeking a skilled, multi-talented Craftsman to join our team in Colleyville and the Northern Fort Worth area. In this role, you will help local homeowners and businesses complete a wide variety of small-to-medium repairs and improvements. We handle the marketing, scheduling, and customer service so you can focus entirely on doing high-quality work and providing a great customer experience.

Pay Rate: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.

What Success Looks Like
On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to customer sites in a work vehicle to complete projects ranging from carpentry and drywall repairs to minor plumbing and electrical work. You will succeed by arriving on time, assessing each repair accurately, explaining your plan to the customer in plain terms, and completing the job efficiently with high attention to detail.
Over time, success in this role means building trust with our local community, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, and working independently while remaining a collaborative, reliable member of our regional team. Position Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience working as a craftsman, handyman, or in residential home repairs.
Ability to perform minor plumbing and electrical work (such as replacing fixtures or outlets) along with basic carpentry, drywall, tiling, and painting.
Ownership of a standard set of hand and power tools required for everyday home repairs.
Ownership of a reliable truck or work van.
A current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Residence within 15 miles of Colleyville, TX.
Ability to pass a standard background check.
Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Broad experience across multiple specialized residential building trades.
Previous experience in a customer-facing field service or home maintenance role.
Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills on active job sites.
