Multi-skilled Craftsman (Part- or Full-time)
Apply NowOverview
Are you a skilled tradesperson who loves the hands-on work of home repairs and remodeling, but dislikes the hassle of chasing leads, scheduling, and billing? This part-time, W2 position offers the independence of field work with the stable support of a national brand. We handle the business operations, booking, and customer service scheduling so you can focus entirely on your craft.
You will work out of your home, traveling to pre-scheduled jobs throughout the greater Murfreesboro area in your own truck or van. This role is ideal for an experienced craftsman looking for a flexible schedule, reliable pay, and a supportive team environment.
What Success Looks Like
On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to residential and light commercial sites to complete a variety of small- and mid-sized repair and improvement projects. You will assess the scope of work, communicate clearly with the property owner about the process, and deliver high-quality results in carpentry, drywall, tiling, and minor electrical or plumbing tasks.
Over time, success in this role means building trust with our local clients through consistent, professional service. You will help maintain our top-rated local reputation by completing jobs efficiently, managing materials responsibly using a company-provided credit card, and accurately documenting completed work.
