What you get

A typical week

  • Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to about 4 p.m.

  • Typically one to two jobs per day, from small repairs to multi-day projects

  • Home most nights by about 5 p.m

Your career path

  1. Craftsman – Handle residential repairs and improvements on your own.

  2. Lead Craftsman – Take on larger projects and help train newer team members.

  3. Master Craftsman – Our go-to expert for complex, multi-trade work.

  4. Field Supervisor – Lead the field team, check quality and support scheduling.

What you'll do

  • Complete residential and light commercial repair and remodel projects across Marion County and surrounding counties

  • Troubleshoot problems on site and solve them right the first time

  • Walk customers through the work, the estimate and the finished result

  • Spot other repair needs while on site and recommend them to the customer

  • Keep the office team updated on schedules and job progress

  • Arrive on time, leave a clean job site, and keep your tools organized and your vehicle presentable

  • Document each job with photos and notes in our software

What you need

  • Skilled in at least 4 of these 8 trades: Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Tiling, Electrical, Plumbing, Siding, Masonry

  • 5+ years of paid residential repair or remodeling experience

  • Your own truck or van and tools (covered by the per-job vehicle and tool allowance)

  • Live within 30 minutes of Monument Circle

  • Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record

  • Must pass a background check

  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and work safely on ladders
