What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, success means arriving at scheduled residential jobs on time, assessing the customer's needs, and performing clean, precise repairs. You will often tackle drywall patches, drywall finishing, and texture matching so seamlessly that the homeowner cannot tell where the damage originally was. Beyond drywall, you will handle light carpentry, painting, and basic fixtures installation, leaving every workspace clean and every customer satisfied.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Perform professional drywall repairs, including hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and matching various wall and ceiling textures (e.g., orange peel, knockdown, smooth).
• Complete general residential repairs and minor remodeling projects, such as trim work, door installation, painting, and tile adjustments.
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks, including replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, faucets, and garbage disposals.
• Troubleshoot household repair issues on-site and determine the most efficient, long-lasting solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners before, during, and after the job to explain the process and build trust.
• Keep accurate records of completed work and materials using our simple digital scheduling system.

What You Bring to the Team

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential home repairs, with specific, high-level skills in drywall installation, finishing, and texturing.
• Ownership of a standard set of professional hand and power tools.
• A valid driver's license and a clean, safe driving record.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
